ENTRY DETAILS:

There are two ways to earn an entry into the draw. This “Come ‘N Get It ” promo closes at the conclusion of our 9th Annual Online Bull Sale on March 8, 2024. Draw will be made at random and will take place on March 9, 2024. Entries are open to US, Australian and Canadian customers only. Since Mandate's exclusive semen rights have been sold in Australia, AUS entries are only eligible to win the $500 sale credit.

1. EARN 1 ENTRY with each purchase of a female, bull, semen package, embryo package or right to flush between August 1, 2023 and March 8, 2024. Repeat customers earn 2 entries with each purchase made. Purchases that are eligible for entry include:

• ​Private treaty
• ​At our 4th Annual Online Female & Genetics Sale on November 10, 2023
• At the Keystone Konnection Simmental Sale on December 5, 2023
• At our 9th Annual Online Bull Sale on March 8, 2024

1. EARN 2 ENTRIES by coming to the farm for a herd tour, or viewing the sale females and sale bulls on-farm. No purchase necessary. Each on-farm visit earns two entries into the draw. On-farm pasture tours that occurred in the summer of 2023 are included in the draw, and on-farm visits taking place up until March 8, 2024 (the day of our 9th Annual Bull Sale) are eligible. Entries earned from on-farm visits are cumulative to entries earned from purchases.

EXAMPLES:

• Purchase one heifer + visit the farm one time before bull sale day = 3 entries.

• Purchase two heifers = 2 entries.

• Visit the farm for a pasture tour in summer 2023 + return to view the sale bulls before bull sale day = 4 entries.

• Visit the farm in November to view the sale heifers + purchase two heifers + visit the farm in February to view the sale bulls + purchase one bull at our Online Bull Sale = 7 entries.

WINNERS:

Semen:

If the winner selects the dose of semen as their prize, the semen will be released to the winner on March 11, 2024 at Bow Valley Genetics, AB (Canadian winner) or Genex Hawkeye West, MT (US winner). Purchase(s) must be paid in full before semen will be released. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Important note for Canadian winner only: Since Mandate is currently being held as an exclusive sire in Canada, your acceptance of the dose of semen will require you to agree to respect and abide by the terms of exclusivity set forth by Rainbow River Simmentals. Before the semen is released to the winner, he/she must agree in writing to not share, give away, sell or otherwise transfer the semen to any other person. The semen is to be utilized by the winner in their own herd only and cannot be used to split a flush with another person(s), or in joint ownership heifers/ cows/ donors unless the resulting embryos/ natural progeny remain, in their entirety, in the sole possession of the winner. Failure of the winner to agree to these terms will result in the prize being forfeited. In such case, the draw will be made again and a new winner selected.

Sale Credit:

If the winner selects the $500 sale credit, the credit will be applied to their bull sale invoice if they purchased a bull on March 8, 2024 or issued as a credit towards a future purchase of a female or embryos in 2024. The credit expires December 31, 2024. The credit can only be used on purchases made directly to Rainbow River Simmentals (purchases made at consignment sales are excluded).

DISCLAIMER:

Rainbow River Simmentals reserves the right to refuse entries, run bonus entry contests, or end the promo at any time prior to March 8, 2024 if unforeseen circumstances were to arise.
